QuickieChick Laurel House drinking her Goddess DrinkIt’s hard to ignore the obsession-worthy trend of pressing, squeezing, shaking and juicing nutrient-packed fruits, veggies, and sprouts- with purpose! From detoxing to beautifying, alkalining to mental focusing, there seems to be a fruit and veggie combo to do pretty much any and all of our dirty work. So what do you need done?

It’s all about Bites and Sips with Benefits- the concept that everything you put in your mouth has more of a purpose than to fill (or fatten) you up, but can also help to energize, calm, beautify, make you feel sexy, help you focus, and, yes- detoxify your insides. Multitasking what you put in your mouth- that’s the QuickieChick way! I mean really, you are expected to be a multitasking queen… so should your food.

The trend is to take a basket full of fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouts and grasses and press or juice them, but that can be seriously expensive and time consuming. Thankfully there are tricks to reap the benefits without spending loads of cash on bulk fresh and perishable produce or pre-packaged juices.

Here’s a super easy, seriously beneficial detoxifying, energizing, workout-empowering, replenishing Green Goddess (and God) Drink… and thanks to the loads of Vitamin C, which has been shown to help flush alcohol from your system faster, this green drink just might help keep you from being green in the face on St. Patrick’s Day.
